Use of this website, submission of an inquiry or receipt of general information does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary or client relationship. Any representation relationship is subject to applicable law, required disclosures and an appropriate written agreement.
Property-management disclosures
Commercial property-management services are provided by TerraHolt Property Management and are subject to written agreements defining authority, responsibilities, funds handling, maintenance approval, reporting, vendors and other terms. Website descriptions are general summaries and do not modify a management agreement.
Valuation and appraisal
Market analysis, broker opinions, feasibility work and advisory analysis are not represented as a formal appraisal when a licensed or certified appraisal is legally required. A formal appraisal will only be represented as such when completed and signed by a properly credentialed appraiser acting within the applicable scope of practice.
